What are my payment options?
Currently, we accept orders only through weddingavenue.com with the following major issued credit cards:

What is the currency your product prices are listed in?
All product prices and shipping fees are listed in USD.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).
Do you have a minimum-order requirement?
There may be a minimum-order requirement for some of our favors. Please check the product information pages for more detail. Please note that some our items are sold in sets..
Order Tracking & Updates
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track your order:
• Track from the UPS Web site with your UPS tracking number, which we will email you when your order has shipped from our location.
• Track from the United States Postal Service Website with your USPS tracking number, which will email you when your order has shipped from our location.
Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.
How do I make changes or cancel my order?
Please verify your order confirmation immediately upon receipt to verify the details of your order. You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order is not in processing and has not been personalized. We strongly suggest you send us an email at info@weddingavenue.com, as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges. If an order is in processing, no changes can be made.
What if my order is undeliverable?
If UPS is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address, the order will be returned to us. The sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package.
Shipping and Delivery
What about shipping and delivery times?
We ship using UPS or United States Postal Service, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS or USPS. Most orders are shipped out in 1-3 business days after the orders are processed. Remember - please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order, in addition to the time required for shipping. Large orders may take up to 2 weeks for processing.
For personalized tags, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Tags are mailed separately from the order itself, using the US Postal Service. Please note that, in some cases, you may receive multiple packages. You will not be billed for each shipment – only one shipping charge will be added.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we do ship to any Canadian address that United States Postal or UPS services. However, there will be an additional $20 service charge for shipments to Canada to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. Please note that you may be responsible for paying any customs and duties upon receiving your shipment. You may also want to see our Return policy and Damage policy for Canadian shipments.
Do you ship to Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands (including Hawaii, Alaska)?
We ship to Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands (including Hawaii, Alaska). However, as our products are shipped from various vendors, there may be an additional $20 service charge for shipments of certain products to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. Also, you will be responsible for paying any customs and duties upon receiving your shipment. You may also want to see our Return policy and Damage policy for other US territorial shipments.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship outside the USA, or Canada, with the exception of certain international countries. Please contact us at info@weddingavenue.com for more details.
Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the cost of the items you selected and the shipping destination.
What are your shipping options?
We work with UPS and United States Postal Service, and offer regular ground shipping, or 2nd day Air delivery. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium shipping fee. Even if you choose to upgrade the shipping, regular order processing times still apply. Check individual product pages for details.
Returns and Damages Policy
What is your return policy?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. But we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. So, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following easy return policy:
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Discontinued items
* Personalized items (unless there is error on our part)
* Edible items
* Personal care items
The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only- round trip freight must be at your expense.
This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on individual pieces or partial orders.
Please contact us at info@weddingavenue.com within 20 days of receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN will expire in 20 days of issuance. Our vendor must receive the return shipment and the RAN within 20 days. Returns made without a RAN will not be valid or accepted and no credit will be issued.
Step 1 Enter the RAN in the appropriate space provided on the return label which is part of the packing slip you received with your shipment.
Step 2 Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. We may charge 5% of the original order to compensate for all miscellaneous costs associated with the order. No credit is given for lost packages and non-returnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.
Step 3 After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.
What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service. We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event.
Please inspect all items carefully when you receive your order. If there are any damages, please contact us at info@weddingavenue.com at your earliest convenience, but no later than 5 days after the package was delivered. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 5 DAYS. Please send us digital photos documenting the damage, as our vendor may require this. Sorry, but we cannot replace damaged pieces on orders shipped outside of the United States. On shipments to Canada, Puerto Rico, and other US territories, please make sure you order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.

All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.
How do you use my contact information?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. We never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
